Refund & Shipping Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | iYourLand™ Bespoke OEM Manufacturing
This policy outlines the logistics, fulfillment, and dispute resolution processes for Guangzhou Wangsheng Technology Co., Ltd. ("iYourLand™"). Because we operate as a Business-to-Business (B2B) manufacturer dealing in bulk volumes and bespoke custom IP, our return and refund policies differ from standard retail consumer laws.
1. Global Shipping & Logistics
We partner with top-tier international couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS) to ensure rapid and secure Door-to-Door delivery for our global B2B partners. Fulfillment timelines depend strictly on order volume and current factory inventory.
- In-Stock Dispatch: Catalog items that are readily available in our physical inventory are processed and dispatched to our logistics hub within 1 to 3 business days.
- Volume & Restock Fulfillment: For bulk wholesale orders (hundreds to thousands of units) or items requiring immediate factory restock, standard production lead times are 10 to 15 business days prior to dispatch. As a primary manufacturer, high-volume enterprise production queues may dynamically dictate micro-order fabrication schedules.
- Export Routing & Tracking Activation: To optimize global freight speed, all international shipments are routed through our primary outbound export hub in Hong Kong. Consequently, your official global tracking number will only populate live transit data after the parcel has successfully cleared HK outbound customs and departed the airport facility.
- Production Tolerances & Force Majeure: All stated lead times are highly accurate estimates based on standard operational capacity, not legally binding guarantees. Manufacturing is subject to uncontrollable variables, including raw material shortages, tooling recalibration, or supply chain bottlenecks. In the event of an unavoidable delay, iYourLand™ is not liable for associated consequential losses, but your Account Director will provide immediate transparency and expedited resolution.
2. Customs, Duties, and Value-Added Tax (VAT)
To comply with strict global tax regulations and maintain absolute pricing transparency for our B2B partners, all base product pricing on our Site and quotes are strictly calculated under Ex Works (EXW) terms.
- Transparent VAT Invoicing: We do not hide taxes inside our manufacturing unit prices. Any legally required Value-Added Tax (VAT) will be calculated and displayed as a distinctly separated line item on your final commercial invoice or checkout portal. This ensures complete financial transparency between production costs and government compliance.
- Destination Import Duties: Unless explicitly negotiated under Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) contracts, standard international shipments are executed under Delivery At Place (DAP). The Buyer remains solely responsible for paying any destination-specific import tariffs, clearance fees, or local customs duties imposed by their receiving government upon arrival.
- Customs Refusals: Refusal to clear customs or pay destination duties does not constitute valid grounds for a refund. Any return-to-sender freight costs, warehouse storage, or abandoned cargo fees incurred due to unpaid import duties will be fully deducted from the Buyer's account.
3. Bespoke OEM Refund Policy
Custom OEM hardware is manufactured to your exact proprietary specifications and cannot be resold by our factory.
- Tooling & Mold Fees: Once CNC machining or physical mold casting has commenced, your initial OEM Engineering Tooling Fee is strictly 100% non-refundable.
- Mass Production Payments: Upon your written approval of the physical pre-production sample, mass production begins. At this stage, any funds paid toward mass production (whether a partial deposit or a 100% full upfront payment) become strictly non-refundable to cover expended raw materials and factory labor.
- Order Cancellation: Bespoke orders cannot be canceled, and no funds will be refunded, once mass production has been initiated on the factory floor.
4. Ready-to-Ship Wholesale Returns
We do not accept "change of mind" returns for bulk B2B wholesale orders. Returns are only authorized for goods that are demonstrably defective or materially different from the catalog specifications.
If you believe your wholesale order is defective, you must initiate the Dispute Resolution Protocol (see Section 5) within ten (10) calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Authorized returns must be shipped back in their original, unused condition and packaging.
5. Dispute Resolution & Defect Claims
iYourLand™ conducts dynamic quality control; however, if you receive items with critical mechanical failures (under standard daily use), you must strictly follow this mandatory corporate dispute protocol:
- Notification: Email our team at sales@iyourland.com within ten (10) calendar days of delivery. Include your official Order/PO Number in the subject line. Late submissions exceeding this 10-day inspection window will be automatically voided and rejected.
- Evidence: You must provide clear, unedited high-resolution photographs and/or video evidence explicitly demonstrating the specific manufacturing error or structural defect before any claim can be reviewed by engineering.
- Resolution: Our engineering team will review the submitted evidence within 48 hours. If the defect is verified as a direct factory production error, we will, at our sole discretion, execute one of the following remedies:
(a) Commercial Store Credit: Issue a pro-rated manufacturing store credit applied exclusively to your next production run or future tooling fees. Under no circumstances will cash refunds, wire reversals, or bank refunds be issued for processed B2B batches. All capital remains locked within the ecosystem.
(b) Batch Replacement: Re-manufacture and ship the replacement units combined with your next scheduled logistics dispatch at no additional cost to you.
🛑 CRITICAL LEGAL NOTICE ON FRAUDULENT CHARGEBACKS
iYourLand™ handles global B2B transactions through heavily regulated merchant banking networks. Initiating an unauthorized credit card chargeback or bank reversal without completely exhausting this formal, mandatory dispute protocol is classified as commercial contract fraud.
Filing an unapproved chargeback will trigger immediate and irreversible corporate defense actions:
(1) Forfeiture of IP: Immediate termination of your client account and the permanent seizure, liquidation, or physical destruction of all your private custom molds and CNC tooling currently stored in our factory archives.
(2) Network Blacklisting: Your corporate entity, UBO registry, and business license will be globally blacklisted across cross-border manufacturing networks.
(3) Gateway Reporting: Your corporate fraud profile will be reported directly to international merchant risk databases (including the Airwallex global compliance network) and commercial credit bureaus, which may permanently restrict your enterprise from accessing Western credit card processing and payment gateways.
