Privacy Policy & Data Compliance

Guangzhou Wangsheng Technology Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") respects the privacy of our international B2B partners. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your corporate and personal information when you visit iYourLand™ (the "Site") and utilize our manufacturing services.

By engaging with our OEM pipeline or submitting bulk wholesale inquiries, you agree to the data practices described in this policy, which are designed to comply with international corporate standards, including GDPR and CCPA considerations for our global buyers.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to execute B2B manufacturing contracts and fulfill global logistics:

• Corporate Identity Data: Buyer names, corporate email addresses, company names, and billing/shipping addresses submitted via our contact forms or Airwallex checkout portals.
• Proprietary Design Data (IP): 3D CAD models, vector files, and design blueprints uploaded to our Secure IP Portal.
• Logistics Data: Freight routing information required for DHL, FedEx, and UPS international waybills.

2. Browser Storage & The "Local Cart"

We prioritize your digital privacy. To facilitate our wholesale catalog experience, our website utilizes standard HTML5 Local Storage (often referred to as a "Browser Cart") rather than invasive cross-site tracking cookies.

When you add items to your quote or cart, that data is stored locally on your own computer's hard drive. We do not use third-party data brokers to track your browsing behavior across the internet. You have full control to clear this local storage at any time via your browser settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate information. Your data is used strictly for:

• Processing bespoke OEM molding fees and wholesale orders.
• Securely transmitting payment data to our regulated banking partner, Airwallex, for fraud prevention and transaction clearing.
• Generating commercial invoices and international customs documentation.
• Communicating engineering tolerances, mold updates, and shipping tracking numbers.

4. Our IP Quarantine Protocol

We treat your intellectual property with military-grade security. All design files (CAD, AI, STEP) uploaded to our Secure IP Portal bypass standard customer service servers and are routed directly to an encrypted, isolated engineering drive. Your corporate IP is quarantined and accessed solely by our Chief Tooling Engineer for the exclusive purpose of machining your bespoke molds.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share necessary information only with vetted enterprise partners to fulfill your contract:

• Airwallex: For secure processing of international B2B payments. We do not store your credit card data on our servers.
• Global Couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx): To generate shipping waybills and facilitate international customs clearance.

6. Data Security & Retention

Your data is secured using modern encryption protocols (SSL/TLS). We retain your corporate billing records as required by international tax and accounting laws. Your proprietary molds and CAD files are retained securely in our physical and digital archives to facilitate your future rapid re-orders, subject to our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) obligations.

7. Your Data Rights

Depending on your global jurisdiction (e.g., the European Economic Area or California), you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your corporate data on file. To execute a data request, please contact our administrative team.
