Your corporate IP is quarantined and accessed solely by our Chief Tooling Engineer for the exclusive purpose of machining your bespoke moulds.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We share necessary information only with vetted enterprise partners to fulfil your contract:

• Airwallex: For secure processing of international B2B payments. We do not store your credit card data on our servers.
• Global Couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx): To generate shipping waybills and facilitate international customs clearance.

6. Data Security & Retention

Your data is secured using modern encryption protocols (SSL/TLS). We retain your corporate billing records as required by international tax and accounting laws. Your proprietary moulds and CAD files are retained securely in our physical and digital archives to facilitate your future rapid re-orders, subject to our Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) obligations.
